Insurance
Our fees are based on the time, skills, care, materials and judgement included in your appointments and in the treatment you receive. We will help you understand the benefits and limitations of your insurance plan. Our office works with every PPO dental insurance provider, and as a courtesy service, we will submit claims to your insurance provider for you. Your insurance provider will reimburse you after your claim has been processed. This reimbursement will be based on your insurance providers usual and customary rates and on the percentage of coverage specific to your treatment.
If you have insurance, please bring a copy of your dental benefit card with you to your first appointment. If you do not have a card, bring your subscriber ID number, group number and the insurance company phone number with you. Please notify us of any changes to your insurance provider so that we can update our records.

We also accept cash, checks and major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard and Visa). Our office offers a 5% discount for payments made the day of treatment.
